DryvIQ is excited to announce that Purpose Jobs, the largest community of purpose-driven professionals, has recognized our very own CEO, Sean Nathaniel, as one of its Best Purpose-Driven CEOs in 2023.
A DryvIQ employee took the initiative to personally nominate Sean, who was selected by Purpose Jobs for his excellence in the following areas: strategy and vision, communication and transparency, high EQ and empathy, high integrity, and commitment to purpose-driven leadership.

More than ever, people are seeking purpose-driven leadership after the COVID-19 pandemic led to a shift in how employees think about work. According to Gartner, 82% of employees in 2023 say it’s essential for their organization to see them as a person – including their purpose and values – and not just as an employee.

Under Sean’s leadership, DryvIQ has become known as a leader in unstructured data management solutions. Sean is an active industry spokesperson in the tech community and has recently been one of the driving forces behind the company’s corporate social responsibility initiative, #DryvingChange. Personally, he’s passionate about helping entrepreneurs build great companies and giving back to his local community. Sean is on the board of multiple companies and plays an advisory role in several others.
Sean Nathaniel joined DryvIQ in February 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, and succeeded Mark Brazeau as CEO in October of that same year. He joined DryvIQ as a highly successful executive with deep operating and scaling experience in high-growth software organizations. Having served in roles in both public and private companies, he has demonstrated measurable results – growing software organizations to well over $300M in annual revenues. Before joining DryvIQ, Sean served as the Chief Operating Officer for CS DISCO (NYSE: LAW) and, prior to that, as Chief Technology Officer for Upland Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPLD).
