Unstructured Data Protection Platform Company promotes Sean Nathaniel to Chief Executive Officer while Founder Mark Brazeau, elevates to Board Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer.

DryvIQ (formerly SkySync), the leading unstructured data protection platform company, today announced it has promoted Sean Nathaniel to CEO. Nathaniel, who joined DryvIQ in February 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, is succeeding Mark Brazeau who becomes the company’s Board Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer.

Having served in roles in both public and private companies, he has demonstrated measurable results – growing software organizations to well over $300m in annual revenues. Prior to joining DryvIQ, Nathaniel most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for CS DISCO (NYSE: LAW), and prior to that as Chief Technology Officer for Upland Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPLD).
