Autodesk BIM 360 Integration
DryvIQ’s recent integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud’s BIM 360® delivers new content orchestration abilities for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
DryvIQ now enables AEC firms to integrate their internal BIM 360 projects with other document repositories such as Google Workspace and SharePoint, or any other of DryvIQ’s supported on-premises and cloud-based content management platforms. Teams can seamlessly migrate content to BIM 360, connect BIM 360 with local network file systems or cloud storage platforms, and create continuous backups of project data from external contractors’ construction management platforms in BIM 360.
“We deployed the DryvIQ-Autodesk BIM 360 integration, and we have not seen another solution that can connect BIM 360 with such a varied list of platforms as comprehensively. With Autodesk Construction Cloud becoming a standard in the AEC industry, we see a lot of opportunity with the DryvIQ and Autodesk partnership,” said John DiCamillo, CIO of Arup Americas.
Arup has deployed DryvIQ to continuously backup project files that reside in external contractors’ content repositories to its own BIM 360 environment, securing project data ownership for legal and compliance purposes.
“As the AEC industry continues to digitize, teams must manage critical project information that lives in various solutions across a project’s entire digital toolset,” said James Cook, head of integrations at Autodesk Construction Solutions. “Connecting Autodesk Construction Cloud with DryvIQ enables our customers to simplify project information management, boosting productivity and collaboration to help deliver projects with confidence.”
